Attorney at Law, she pursued her law studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and the Freie Universität von Berlin (FU), in Germany. She has over fifteen years of professional experience.

Giuliana is highly experienced in the corporate world and has worked at recognized law firms in Peru, as the Legal Manager of the International Corporation DHL – Peruvian branch, and the Legal Partner of the international network Russell Bedford in Peru. Her areas of expertise include corporate, commercial, business and competition law.

Among other specialization studies, she completed the Program of Negotiation at Harvard University, in Boston, Massachusetts, and the Diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility at Universidad ESAN in Peru. Other previous activities of Giuliana include her permanent social commitment as a member of the Organization of Women in International Trade – Peru (OWIT) and as a panelist in events organized by the United Nations Global Compact. She speaks Spanish, German and English.

Attorney at Law, Master in Laws (LL.M.) from the University of London (UCL), he concluded his undergraduate law studies at Universidad San Martín de Porres in 1996, in Peru. He also holds a Master in Public Administration (MPA) from the Universidad del Pacífico (Peru).

Pablo has diverse experience in both the private and public sectors. He has worked for the Executive and the Judiciary, law firms and companies, and also in projects financed by international banks. His areas of specialization focus on corporate law, international trade and investments, and administrative regulation.

He also has lecturing experience at prestigious Peruvian universities, several publications and a solid background in the economics, administration and business fields. He speaks Spanish, English and Italian.

Abel has many years of professional experience in the public sector. He has worked in advising, directing and managing positions related to the procurement area in many public institutions and projects financed by the World Bank, the International Bank of Development (IBD) and other international cooperation organisms. He also has experience working for law firms, and his specialization areas include procurement, public investment and public partnership initiatives (PPP), regulation, administrative law and litigation.

He also has experience as an arbitrator, as a university lecturer and has a strong knowledge of accountancy, planning and budgeting. He speaks Spanish and English.

Alexis has an extensive experience in various local law and consulting firms in the tax field. He also has relevant experience in this field in the public sector, having worked for the Tribunal Fiscal (National Admnistrative Fiscal Court) and the Superintendencia Nacional de Administración Tributaria – SUNAT (Peruvian Inland Revenue or Tax Agency). His areas of expertise focus on tax law and both administrative law and litigation.

Likewise, he leads an active academic life, publishing many diverse articles in local legal journals. He speaks Spanish and English.

She has worked for Pricewaterhousecoopers and KPMG, as well as in the public sector for the Tribunal Fiscal (National Admnistrative Fiscal Court) and the Judiciary. Her specialization areas include tax, company and administrative law.

Furthermore, she has also been involved in university lecturing, in-house teacher training, and has been part of student associations through which she contributed to legal publications. She speaks Spanish and English.

Attorney at Law, graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), he has over ten years of professional experience and has pursued studies at the University of Montreal, in Canada, where he obtained the Master in Business Law in a Global Context degree (LL.M.).

Augusto has worked for different law firms in the past, focused on topics related to litigation and dispute settlement (Alternative Dispute Resolution –ADR). His experience incorporates different types of litigation, such as civil, real estate, administrative, commercial, labor and constitutional. His areas of expertise include litigation and dispute settlement, civil, employment and commercial law.

He has undertaken specialization courses in construction law and procurement, as well as participation in students’ associations and the publication of articles. He speaks Spanish, French and English.

Laura has experience working in both private sector companies and the public sector. Her areas of practice include commercial, civil and administrative law. She is specialized in different types of contracts in civil, commercial and labor fields, and has developed a sound knowledge in constitutional matters.

She has also been involved in the publication of academic articles and teaching in student workshops. As part of her social commitment she has also provided legal advice to disabled people and organizations in free legal clinics. She speaks Spanish, English and has a good command of Chinese.
